Building Lasting Relationships with our Japanese Friends of mabl

As we launched mabl Enterprise for general accessibility in Q4 2018, we focalize on US-based enterprises who we expected would be a full fit for the ware. As most companies our sizing would do, we construct an English website, US based advertising and case campaigns, a Boston-based sales organization, and content plan for Fortune 1000 enterprises adopting DevOps who fight with the painfulness of their existing automated testing solutions. & nbsp;

To our surprisal, in mid 2019, our first customer from Japan subscribe on to use mabl Enterprise: & nbsp;Takahide Masuhara, QA lead at. Taka is an early adopter of modern tools and after examine mabl, he convert his leadership team to purchase the product and begin standardise on mabl for automated end-to-end examination. As Taka continued to use the product, others got word about this new modernistic screen tool includeDai Fujihara, who valued how easygoing it is for Japanese customers to automatize so many of their manual tests in min with the simplicity of mabl. & nbsp;

A Japan Trip to Remember

As the mabl user base grew in Japan, I was eager to meet these passionate users in person as we ’ ve execute with so many of our customers in the US. Despite uncertain times at the very early level of the global pandemic we ’ re veneer today, a small squad of mablers and I be golden enough to call Tokyo in early 2020 to spend time with these telling customers and meet new prospects. & nbsp;

Engineering and QA teams from Misumi,, Bengo4, Japan Taxi, Retty, and many others shared their feedback with us on the product, recommendation for improvements specifically for the Nipponese market, and even participated in two back-to-back evenings ofin Tokyo. I ’ m so grateful for their receptivity with us and prize their trust in us to meet their testing needs. Fortunately, it wasn ’ t all business, we shared some social clip with them include a great dinner at a traditional Japanese restaurant and still some classic Nipponese karaoke as well! & nbsp;

Since our trip, we ’ ve place additional resources to help these unique users who swear on us so heavily for their testing motivation: & nbsp;

  • We ’ ve establish a# mabljapanslack channel on ourto aid motor collaboration and for sharing news.
  • We published a, dedicated to all things mabl Japan.
  • We hosted our first Japanese webinar to help inform our customer of our Q2 product roadmap and learn which areas to prioritise investment.
  • We ’ re just about to release a few characteristic sweetening including support for the Japanese date format, as easily as removing the 4-hour automatic setting for Plan bunk.
  • We ’ ve dedicated a regional SME on our go-to-market team to handle all Japanese inquiries. & nbsp;
  • We ’ ve started translate our product documentation so it 's easier for users in Japan to get up-and-running with mabl - stay tune! & nbsp;
