Testing is a key fixings in CI. And so in the constant effort to make our servicedevilishly flexibleand easy to use, we & # x27; ve released a brand new API that will aid Continuous Integration waiter such asHudson, Bamboo, and TeamCitysend Sauce OnDemand some interesting info about each test they run.

This includes the, the build number in which it was run, and yet your own custom datum.

Since some of this new job information is known solely when the test finishes (e.g. whether the job passed or not), we & # x27; ve created not only one but - the REST API and Selenium & # x27; s standard setContext command. Both are document in our docs, and anyone concerned can use them flop now.

Once the info makes it to our end, it will be appropriately exhibit with each job, helping our users find and group their chore with less effort. (Notice that some of the work want to expose this in a cool way is nevertheless in our TODO - but the data is thither). In the near futurity, we & # x27; ll be working with the authors of theHudson and Bambooplugins to add support for these CI APIs.
