Isabel Evans

Maryam Umar

I work in London as Head of QA of a Fintech house. I started my vocation thirteen years ago as a QA trial engineer in the finance and mobile industry. After transitioning to the eCommerce sector, I performed QA in assorted capacities for online eatery and travel services. I keep to act in QA as a coach now with special centering on sustainable delivery practices. In addition to this, I has been a keen proponent of creating and sustaining diverse team. As I have transition in my career, I have found that creating teams which act well together is more challenging than the actual project (s) to be render by the team. I pay exceptional attention to team dynamic and ensuring engineers are in roles which give them a sentiency of purpose. I have also been speaking at schools and university to educate bookman about what the industry has to offer and what a originative space the technology sector can be.
