Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information in order to provide the Service:

• Account information — your name, email address, organization, and authentication credentials when you sign up or log in.
• Uploaded applications and targets — the APK files you upload and the URLs you submit for testing, together with any credentials you choose to supply so SUSA can sign in and explore.
• Test data and reports — screenshots, UI hierarchies, logs, performance samples, discovered issues, and the generated reports and test scripts produced by a run.
• Billing information — plan and transaction metadata. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored on our servers.
• Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser type, and similar technical information collected automatically when you use the Service.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service — running tests on your applications and producing reports.
• Authenticate you, manage your account, and process payments for paid plans.
• Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service, including monitoring for abuse and enforcing our Terms.
• Communicate with you about your account, service changes, and support requests.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Third-party LLM providers

To decide what action to take while exploring your app, SUSA sends screenshots and related UI data to third-party large-language-model providers — currently OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. These providers process that data to return the next action or analysis. We use them only to deliver the Service and do not authorize them to use your data to train their models where an opt-out is available to us.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and security commitments. On-premise or restricted-processing arrangements are available for regulated customers on request.

Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required for legal, accounting or security purposes. Specifically:

• Uploaded APKs are deleted 30 days after the test that used them completes.
• Test reports remain private to your account and are retained so you can review and compare runs, until you delete them or close your account.

When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only:

• With service providers — such as hosting, the LLM providers described above, and our payment processor — that process data on our behalf to run the Service.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Metatiger, our users, or the public.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and isolation of customer reports to the owning account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights & choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete uploaded files and reports from your account, and you can close your account at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at mahesh@susatest.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

International transfers

We operate from India and use service providers that may process data in other countries. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for use by businesses and individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
