This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds apply to paid plans for SUSATest, operated by Metatiger Tech Services Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Free tier

The free tier — which includes up to three (3) tests per calendar month — requires no payment, so no refund applies. You can evaluate the core capabilities of the Service at no cost before deciding to subscribe to a paid plan.

Paid plans

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the applicable billing period. Because the Service consumes real compute and third-party processing for every test run, fees are generally non-refundable once usage has begun within a billing period, except as set out below or as required by applicable law.

We want you to be satisfied with the Service. If something goes wrong — for example, a paid run fails to complete due to a fault on our side — contact us and we will work with you in good faith to make it right, which may include re-running the test, issuing service credit, or providing a refund at our reasonable discretion.

Eligibility & exclusions

When assessing a refund request we consider, among other things:

  • Whether the issue was caused by a fault in the Service rather than the application under test, the target environment, or credentials you supplied.
  • How much of the billing period's included usage has already been consumed.
  • Whether the request relates to a duplicate or accidental charge.

Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with the findings of a test, for issues arising from misuse or violations of our Terms, or for usage that has already been delivered.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email mahesh@susatest.com from the address associated with your account. Please include your account details, the relevant plan or transaction, the date of the charge, and a short description of the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to resolve them within a reasonable time.

Razorpay processing

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay. The time it takes for a refund to appear on your statement depends on Razorpay and your bank or card issuer, and is outside our control.

Cancellations

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Cancelling does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current period.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
