Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service

SUSATest is autonomous quality-assurance software. It explores your application like a real user — across multiple personas — and runs functional, accessibility, security, penetration, API and performance checks, then produces reports and re-runnable test scripts. You point the Service at an application you provide (for example, an APK upload or a URL) and review the results.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we may impose or adjust usage limits, at any time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes that adversely affect paid plans.

Accounts & security

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at mahesh@susatest.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys or tokens issued to you. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful testing of applications that you own or are expressly authorized to test. You agree not to:

• Submit, scan, pentest or otherwise test any application, website, system or endpoint that you do not own or have written authorization to test.
• Use the Service to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or harm any system, network, or data.
• Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the rights or privacy of others.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing service from the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

Because the Service performs security and penetration testing, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and authorizations for every target you submit. We may suspend or terminate access for any suspected violation.

Plans, free tier & billing

Free tier

The free tier permits up to three (3) tests per calendar month at no charge. Free-tier limits, features and availability may change over time.

Paid plans

Paid plans provide higher usage limits and additional features as described at the point of purchase. Fees, billing frequency and included usage are presented before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.

Payments via Razorpay

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We do not store full payment-card details on our servers. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.

Your content & intellectual property

You retain all rights in the applications, files, URLs and other materials you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process and analyze Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you, including transmitting screenshots and related data to third-party LLM providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, models, designs, and trademarks. Reports and generated test scripts produced for you are yours to use within your organization. Except for the rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties — including LLM providers, payment processors, and managed device labs — to deliver functionality. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the relevant third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their availability.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every defect, vulnerability, or issue in your application.

SUSATest is a testing aid and does not replace your own judgment, compliance obligations, or release decisions. You remain responsible for the quality and security of your applications.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Metatiger nor its directors, employees or suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metatiger and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your testing of any target you were not authorized to test.

Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
